RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

Slalom Senior Principal, Global Marketing Automation — 2020-present

Responsible for building a global Adobe Gold Partner practice focused on lead orchestration, revenue enablement design, and experience architecture. Influenced $12MM in enterprise sales while maintaining 80% team utilization targets. Clients include Sandals Resorts, Amazon, Delta Airlines, many pharmaceuticals and hospital networks. Our team of certified expert consultants actively contributes to the martech community with public speaking, educational outreach, and writing certification exams.

Demand Spring Senior Marketing Technology Consultant — 2018-2020

Acted as a high-touch, trusted client advisor architecting marketing automation systems. Focused on new implementations, systems audit and optimization, and lead flow/sales operations. Extensive change management coaching. Additionally, I recruited, trained, and mentored new Martech consultants with a formal program teaching Marketo 101 and consulting best practices, including time management, requirements gathering, navigating difficult situations, and getting client feedback.

Monotype 2008-2018__

Monotype (Nasdaq: TYPE), is a global leader in fonts and font technology, with a library of over 10,000 fonts and system software that powers mobile phones, cameras, in-seat entertainment systems and printers. If you’ve printed in Helvetica or Times New Roman, you’ve used our products.

Marketing Operations Manager 2013-2018

I built the Demand Generation technology stack, including ad platforms, email, landing pages, forms, routing and analytics.
* Recruited and managed a marketing operations team that services seven managers worldwide
* Consulted with regional marketing directors to determine KPIs and develop localized demand generation campaigns in English, German, French and Japanese.
* Oversaw the design and production of content campaigns including webinars, ebooks, live events, videos and email engagement campaigns.
* Created GPDR-compliant regional marketing system for German and EU markets.
* Work with Business Development, Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Executive team to ensure quality lead assignment and accurate data.

Senior Marketing Programs Manager 2008-2013
* Created an animated ‘Show and Sell’ application to help salespeople explain complex technologies by using an Android tablet.
* Created the Font Gazer product that allows designers to browse, evaluate and purchase typefaces within the Adobe InDesign page layout program.
* Working with Vodafone UK, created the user experience for Flipfont, an app that allows users to change their system fonts on Android phones. Currently installed on over 1 billion devices worldwide.

The New York Times Contract Art Director 2003-2008

Responsible for design and layout of standalone publications for the Special Advertising Sections division of The New York Times. In addition to designing special sections, I did some pretty cool process work:
